Welcome to Stoub Family Farms. Founded in 2017 by Tim and Katie Stoub, our small farm in Peotone, IL is rooted in the simple joys of rural life — hard work, honest soil, and the deep satisfaction of growing real food that feeds real families like yours.
What started as a sweet corn operation has grown into a full working farm. Alongside our six children, we now grow watermelon, cantaloupe, tomatoes, popcorn, fresh eggs, and our newest venture: a U-Pick Strawberry Patch opening in 2026.
